Access control

Whether by transponders or fingerprints, timer-programmed or personalized – the LCN system offers a reliable and intelligent access control for single rooms up to entire buildings. This means a maximum of safety with a maximum of comfort.

Heating

By directly connecting the LCN home automation system to the boiler, the heating output can be optimally controlled at any time and the consumption can be reduced.

Temperature regulation

Temperatures can be temporally defined for different daytimes or being regulated by sensors or actors.
This can be done by programmed scenarios as well as by changing environmental conditions. If e.g. a window is opened the heater automatically switches off and heats up to the required temperature again when the window is getting closed.

Shutter control

Whether by central control, timer-programmed or depending on wind or sunshine – the positioning of the shutters automatically adapts to all wishes and conditions.

Versatile handling

In addition to the manual operation on the design-award-winning LCN-GT sensor keypads, functions or states can also be accessed at any time from a wide range of different types. Besides the manual control with the smartphone or the PC via the visualization or by the way of using the multifunctional LCN remote control functions can also be activated by detecting several types of LCN transponders.

Central control

LCN offers a variety of simple and intuitive controls for the manual regulation of all non-automated functions. With central functions you can roll down all shutters at the same time or switch on the light in the entire building with just one push on a button. This gives you the total control with an easy and comfortable handling.

Lighting control

LCN offers a multiple possibilities for application. Energy saving in using presence-dependent or requirementally optimized lighting is not the only advantage. An other benefit is positioned in the aspect of comfort. Individually designed light-scenes can create the almost perfect lighting for any kind of situation. Additionally it can be used for safety reasons. Whether as an alarm signal or as a presence simulator. There is almost no limits set in lighting control with LCN.

GVS – Visualization

Get an up-to-date status and make sure that everything at home is all right. With the LCN-GVS visualization system you have full control over all functions of the house at any time. From anywhere in the world.

Alarm

From sensors in the exterior and interior to magnetic contacts on the window frames and doors or glass break detectors – LCN gives you the possibility of creating your own and individual scope of security measures. From a simple motion detection up to a multi-zone alarm system with a maximum of security. Nearly every kind of configuration can be realized.

Monitoring of consumption

By a permanent exchange and recording of relevant data, an analysis can be carried out and monitored on a variety of consumers in the bus. In this way adjustments can be automatically adapted and the energy consumption of the building can be optimized.

Weather station

The weather station (LCN-WIH) can record and transmit values for temperature, brightness, humidity and wind force. Therefore shutters, awnings and windows can react at any time to external environmental influences. In case of rain the windows are automatically closed, the awnings retracted when the wind is too strong or the shutters are lowered when the sun is shining too bright.

Monitoring of windows and doors

It is not only the possibility of being sure that all doors or windows are closed by pushing one single button that makes LCN that smart. The most exciting thing about the system is that windows, doors, gates, shutters and awnings automtically manage themselves. Whether by timer-progammed automation or in dependence on environmental conditions. You can always be sure that everything is correct at any time.
