Your tasks:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Telephone and written technical support for our LCN product, including the creation of programming proposals and troubleshooting in project files<\/li>\n
  • Testing hardware and software for market readiness and continuously guaranteeing our quality promise: perfection.<\/li>\n
  • Technical processing of complaints<\/li>\n
  • Creating and maintaining installation instructions, documentation and online help, sometimes in collaboration with other departments<\/li>\n
  • Occasional representation of the company at trade fairs<\/li>\n
  • Interface between market and development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    What you bring to the job:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Successfully completed training in a technical profession (e.g. electrician\/ electronics technician)<\/li>\n
    • LCN knowledge desirable, but not a prerequisite. You will receive comprehensive training.<\/li>\n
    • Interest in technical support and enjoy dealing with customers<\/li>\n
    • Good knowledge of English desirable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
