Your tasks:

• Telephone and written technical support for our LCN product, including the creation of programming proposals and troubleshooting in project files
• Testing hardware and software for market readiness and continuously guaranteeing our quality promise: perfection.
• Technical processing of complaints
• Creating and maintaining installation instructions, documentation and online help, sometimes in collaboration with other departments
• Occasional representation of the company at trade fairs
• Interface between market and development

What you bring to the job:

• Successfully completed training in a technical profession (e.g. electrician/ electronics technician)
• LCN knowledge desirable, but not a prerequisite. You will receive comprehensive training.
• Interest in technical support and enjoy dealing with customers
• Good knowledge of English desirable
