Service partner
ISSENDORFF KG offers two hotlines as support for the LCN system. A technical hotline is available throughout the day to answer questions about commissioning, technical execution, troubleshooting and parameterization. The only requirement is that you have participated in an LCN training course or have purchased an LCN starter kit. The planning hotline provides support with planning and costing as well as with information on LCN sources in your area.
Training partner
Despite its extensive functionality, LCN is unprecedentedly easy to install and program, as it is not a special solution next to the house installation. Nevertheless, training is required for anyone installing this system. After the course, the free service of the LCN hotline is available. An advanced course goes into deeper details of parameterization, the visualization course deals specifically with the LCN-GVS visualization. These courses are not only held at ISSENDORFF KG in Rethen, but also at independent training providers.
Technology partner
As an "open bus", LCN allows problem-free coupling to almost all systems (e.g. BACnet, Modbus, OPC, BMA Bosch, IOS, IP-Symcon,Tobit, EnOcean, etc.) via various interfaces. Because a coupling is not only a function extension, it is also always an enrichment of both systems. Sales partner
The LCN system with all associated components is sold in a three-way distribution by electrical wholesalers and from there installed in the respective projects by the electrical installer.
