The Wohnbau Lengerich cooperative has combined style and function in its new office building. Thanks to cubic shape, a lot of space is created, which provides room for a glass front on the first floor and other large windows. For employees, this creates a pleasant, spacious workplace with plenty of natural light in the midst of an urban environment. The building automation system is just as well thought-out as the architecture. LCN provides more comfort and a feel-good atmosphere at work throughout the building with its intelligent modules.
On the first floor, lighting, heating and blinds are controlled by the LCN system. On the 1st and 2nd floors, the blinds are controlled via a weather station on the roof.
