LCN-PKU

The LCN-PKU is a passive coupling module of the LCN bus system. It has a USB interface and a connection to the LCN bus. Since it does not have its own processor, parameterization of the LCN-PKU by the LCN system software LCN-PRO is not required.

Fields of application:

• Das LCN-PKU dient als Systemzugang für Laptops und PCs in LCN-Installationen. The parameterization of the LCN system is carried out by the installer via this access.
• As a connection of the visualization on the PC. The LCN-GVS system software is used for direct and bidirectional data exchange between LCN system states and changes as well as direct control commands from the visualization PC.

The USB interface used must not be occupied on the PC by drivers of other devices such as a mouse or mass storage device. PCMCIA adapters are possible. The LCN-PRO from version 3.75 automatically detects the LCN-PKU and suggests the installation of the driver.
